DEDRA DED7526 4V, 550 deg C, cordless plastic welding machine

The DED7526 plastic welding device has been specially designed for repairing and reinforcing various types of plastics subjected to welding processes, such as PE, PP, PA, PB, and PVC. Its applications include the fast and effective joining of automotive components, such as bumpers and dashboards, as well as other damaged items both at home and in the workshop. Once the staples are heated to the appropriate temperature, they easily melt into the plastic, creating a durable connection—the more staples you embed into the joined element, the stronger the connection will be.

A significant advantage of this type of plastic joining is its speed of operation—there is no need for special electrodes or adhesives. Simply insert the staple and start the repair process, making this tool extremely intuitive and easy to use.

The device comes with a variety of staples in different shapes and thicknesses, allowing for the joining of various surfaces, including external and internal corners, as well as flat surfaces.
