FILING A COMPLAINT - REQUIREMENTS:
- The complaint should be filed at the point of purchase of the machine.
- The machine under complaint must be handed over to the point of purchase in its original packaging
- the device must be protected (appropriate filling), so that it is not damaged in transit
- Warning: ATTENTION: equipment powered by liquid fuels can be shipped only with an empty fuel tank.
- Details of the complainant: name, surname, address, contact phone.
- Name and model of the advertised device
- Description of the defect.
- A copy of the proof of purchase
