FILING A COMPLAINT - REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The complaint should be filed at the point of purchase of the machine.
  2. The machine under complaint must be handed over to the point of purchase in its original packaging
  3. the device must be protected (appropriate filling), so that it is not damaged in transit
  4. Warning: ATTENTION: equipment powered by liquid fuels can be shipped only with an empty fuel tank.
  5. Details of the complainant: name, surname, address, contact phone.
  6. Name and model of the advertised device
  7. Description of the defect.
  8. A copy of the proof of purchase
