SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT - REQUIREMENTS:

1. Complaints should be submitted at the point of purchase of the device or, in the case of online purchases, reported to the e-mail address: serwis@dedra.pl.

2. The complained product must be returned to the point of purchase. The original packaging is not required.

3. The device must be properly secured (cardboard packaging, filling) so that it is not damaged during transport.

4. WARNING! For devices powered by liquid fuels (Pb, ON), the fuel tank must be COMPLETELY emptied before shipping. In accordance with applicable regulations, the transport of liquid fuels without meeting specific safety conditions defined by separate regulations is PROHIBITED. Devices powered by propane-butane gas must be transported without the installed tank (whether filled with gas or empty).

5. The following data must be attached to the shipment:

  • first name, last name, address and contact phone number of the claimant
  • name and model of the complained device
  • detailed description of the defect
  • copy of the proof of purchase
