Quick charger, power supply DEDRA SAS+ALL DED6939

This SMART charger is a product dedicated to charging batteries from the DEDRA SAS+ALL line (DED7032, DED7034, DED7035, DED6936, DED6937). Equipped with a fan which effectively cools the battery during charging. That effectively protects the cells from overheating and has a positive effect on battery life.

The charger also has a diagnostic function. The LEDs, with which it is equipped, will inform us not only about the stage of charging the battery, but also about its possible damage.

It is worth noting that there is a USB socket [5V/2A] in the product, thanks to which the battery can be charged simultaneously with a phone or a tablet. Importantly, charging from the USB socket is not dependant on the battery being charged - so we can charge the selected device, even though the battery is not being charged at the moment.

As for the time of charging, we can charge a 2.0Ah battery in just 30 minutes, while a 4.0Ah battery needs a bit more time - about 50 minutes. For the largest model, the 5.0Ah battery, it takes us about an hour to fully charge.

But that's not all - the new batteries (DED6936 and DED6937) based on 21700 cells allow even faster charging. For the 6.0Ah battery, the charging time is 50 minutes, while the most capacious 8.0Ah is charged in just 60 minutes.

Compared to standard chargers, those made with SMART technology - including this particular DED6939 - reduce battery charging time by about a half.
