The DED8868 LCDgarden water pump is suitable for use in irrigation or street hydration systems, where it can provide running waterin allotments or on campsites. DEDRA DED 8868LCD MASTER WATER PUMP is powered from a mains socket and its 1000Wmotordelivers a flow rate of 3,800 litres/hour. The pump is equipped with a dry-running protection, which not only increases the comfort of use, but also protects the device from damage. The pump is switched on and off automatically whent h e valve is opened andclosed. So there is no need to rememberwhether you have turned the pump off before turning the valve. The metallic casing and switch ensure safe operation, and the contoured carrying handle makes it easy to transport. The pump is capable of drawing in water from a depth of 8 m, so that water can be obtained even in dry periods without having to lower the pump, and with a head of as much as 38 m it is possible to supply water to the most distant parts of the site - even at a slanted angle. The pump is fitted with a standard 1" diameter connection to allow the use of quick couplings for the fast attachment of garden hoses or other irrigation system components. The pump is designed for clean water. The Clear LCD display gives clear information about the pump's current mode of operation and allows the programming of the 24-hour operation time, which will be appreciated by owners of sprinkler systems.
