Car bodywork hammer
The DEDRA 13M301 tinsmith's hammer is a tool which is useful not only in the tinsmith's workshop, but in all jobs involving thinner metal sheets where a smooth surface is to be achieved. The two-part shank is made of plastic. One side is made of polyurethane (soft), the other of nylon (hard), all bonded with a zinc alloy. This allows the harder or softer side of the hammer to be used without having to find a second tool. The sheet metal hammer enables sheet metal to be formed accurately and evenly wi thout damaging the surface. The hammer is also suitable for general installation work, e.g. on softand delicate wood or for hammering furniture boards into dowels, which would leave unsightly surface indentations if used with a locksmith's hammer. has a wooden hickory handle, which ensures both high strength and lightness. The profiled section on the handle sits well in the hand, preventing the hammer from slipping out of the hand. The connection between handle and shank is additionally protected by synthetic resin.
