Vibrating rolls

Vibrating rolls are devices that are used to remove air bubbles from concrete. Thanks to this procedure, the concrete after setting obtains the right structure without voids, which significantly affects its strength and durability. The two models of vibratory buzzers in DEDRA's offer are models that will prove useful both during the construction of single-family houses or during renovation work, as well as during large construction projects.
The DED7630 model is an ergonomic device that will prove useful during smaller construction work. The device has a power output of 1200 watts and is equipped with a 2.5 m flexible buzzer hose. The design allows work and operation by a single operator. The durable housing in the grip part is covered with an anti-slip lining, and for added convenience the buzzer has an on/off switch for continuous operation.
Model DED7631 is a device with a slightly different design therefore it is intended for more stationary use. The power of 2300 W and the 4.5 m flexible hose of the bula allow this model to be used when pouring columns, footings. This design also makes it possible to be worked and operated by a single operator. A sturdy frame base ensures that the unit remains stable during operation. Ergonomics is greatly improved by the clamp-on tool-free attachment of the hose to the bungee.
