The DED8823B4 is an exceptionally effective alkaline cleaner designed to tackle a wide range of contaminants. It efficiently removes tar-based (soot), organic (plants, insects, extreme elements, decaying processes, mud, atmospheric dirt, leaf stains), and petroleum-based (greases, oils, coolants) impurities from facades, roofs, and various exterior surfaces. Suitable for use on acrylic, silicone, silicone-silicate facades, roofs of all types, and paving stones.

The average coverage for cleaning roofs and facades with a 10% solution is up to 100 m² per liter of concentrate. The product should be used as a water solution, with its concentration adjusted based on the level of soiling.

Apply the cleaner using a sprayer, diluting it at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10 with water (100-200 ml of cleaner per 1 liter of water). It can also be applied using a foam lance, diluted at a ratio of 1:1. Evenly spray the solution onto the surface using a manual or pneumatic sprayer, then rinse with high-pressure water (approximately 100 bar).

The application time depends on the level of soiling and weather conditions. Leave the product on the surface for 2 to a maximum of 20 minutes, avoiding drying.
