Rubber mallet
The DEDRA 13M290 tinsmith's hammer is a useful tool, not only for tinsmithing, but for all work with thinner metal sheets where a smooth surface is required. The two- component hammer head is made of plastic and rubber, which allows precise and even shaping of the sheet metal without damaging the surface. The hammer is also suitable for general assembly work, e.g. for delicate and soft wood or for hammering furniture panels onto dowels, where the use of a sledge hammer would leave unsightly surface depressions. The tinsmith's hammer has a steel handle with a rubber grip, which ensures both high durability and absorption of excessive vibrations during work. The rubber grip sits well in the hand, preventing the hammer from slipping out.
