Two-hand riveter for aluminum rivets, 540mm lenght

The riveting tool is one of the most useful tools in every workshop. It allows components to be joined together quickly and permanently by pulling and unsticking a metal pin through a hole in two opposing material surfaces. The DEDRA 11Y022 aluminium flush riveting tool has a special design which makes it possible to work comfortably and efficiently inconfined spaces. The straight, long arms allow for work in spaces where a conventional five-blade riveting tool is not feasible. The 5 interchangeable end pieces allow you to choose the diameter of the rivet for a specific hole-they are mounted in the body of the riveting tool so that they are always close at hand and are less likely to be knocked over. The integrated work piece holder makes working with the riveting tool not only fast and convenient, but also saves the need for additional cleaning after work. The body of the riveting die is made of aluminium, which is both strong and lightweight. The 540 mm arm length allows efficient working even with the largest rivet size. The handles are finished with a moulded plastic material for increased comfort. The triple-edged riveting jaws are made from chrome molybdenum steel (20CrM o) which provides greater strength and elongation than traditional steel (less brittle, less prone to breakage).
