Two-hand riveter for aluminum rivets

The riveting tool is one of the most useful tools in every workshop. It allows workpieces to be joined together quickly and durably by pulling and unsticking a metal pin through a hole in two opposing material surfaces. The DEDRA 11Y020 aluminium flush riveting tool has a special design which makes it possible to work comfortably and efficiently in confined spaces. The straight, long arms allow for work in areas where a conventional five-blade riveting tool is not feasible. The 4 interchangeable nosepieces allow the user to select the rivet diameter to match the specific hole-they are mounted in the body of the riveting tool, which means that they are always at hand and are less likely to be knocked over. The integrated work piece holder makes working with the riveting tool not only quick and convenient but also saves the need for additional cleaning after work. The body of the riveting die is made of aluminium, which is both strong and lightweight. The 280 mm arm length allows for effective work even with the largest rivet size. The handles are finished with a moulded plastic material for increased comfort. The triple-edged riveting jaws are made from chrome molybdenum steel (20CrM o) which provides greater strength and elongation than traditional steel (less brittle, less prone to breakage).
