The use of this filter prevents dirt or debris from being taken in the spraying system. It minimises the possibility of nozzle getting clogged and ensures the quality of work. The size of the filter is determined by its grid number. The denser the mesh (and the higher the value), the more filtered the material will be. The lower the value, the denser the paint. A higher filter value, expressed in holes per inch, is used for thin paints.
