I. Product liability:

  1. Guarantor - DEDRA EXIM sp. z.o.o. with registered office in Pruszków, address: ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków, KRS 0000062517, District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 527-020-49-33, Share capital: PLN 100 980.00.
  2. Under the conditions set out in this Warranty Card, the Guarantor guarantees the Product distributed by the Guarantor.
  3. Liability under the warranty covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the Product at the time of its release to the User.
  4. Under the warranty, the User obtains the right to free repair of the Product, if the defect was revealed during the warranty period. The way of repairing the Product (the method of performing the repair) depends on the decision of the Guarantor. If the Guarantor finds that there is no possibility of repair, the Guarantor reserves the right to replace the defective item or the entire Product for an item free from defects, reduce the price of the Product or withdraw from the contract.
  5. In relation to the User who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of 23rd of April, 1964, The Civil Code, the liability of the Guarantor for damages resulting from this warranty and/or in connection with its conclusion and performance, regardless of the legal title, is limited to the maximum value of the defective Product.

III. Conditions for the use of the warranty:

  1. Presentation by the User of the completed Warranty Card of the Product and a proof of purchase of the Product by the User, e.g. by presenting a receipt, invoice, etc. In order to efficiently carry out a complaint, the User should bring the Product described in the Instructions of Use to the Guarantor's office.
  2. The User's compliance with the recommendations contained in the Instructions of Use and the Warranty Card.
  3. The warranty covers only the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU.

 

IV. The warranty does not cover defects of the Product arising in particular as a result:

  1. non-compliance by the User with the conditions set out in the Instructions of Use, in particular regarding the correct use;
  2. use by the User of cleaning or maintenance products not in accordance with the Instructions of Use
  3. inappropriate storage and transport of the Product by the User;
  4. unauthorized changes and/or alterations of the Product by the User, which were not agreed with the Guarantor;
  5. mechanical damage (abrasions, cuts) caused by the use of shoes contrary to their purpose;
  6. discoloration resulting from soaking of shoes or sweating;

 

A user who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of 23rd of April 1964. The Civil Code, loses the warranty on the Product in which:

  1. serial numbers, dates and rating plates have been removed, altered or damaged by the User;
  2. the seals have been damaged by the User or bear traces of the User's manipulation.

 

Note! Activities related to the daily operation of the Product, resulting among others from the Instructions of Use, Users perform on their own and at their own expense.

 

V. Complaint procedure:

 

  1. If any irregularities are found in the Product, make sure that all the conditions of use specified in the Instructions of Use have been correctly carried out before submitting a complaint.

 

  1. It is recommended to submit a complaint immediately, preferably within 7 days from the date of noticing the defect of the Product. A user who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964, The Civil Code, loses the rights resulting from this warranty in the case of failure to submit a complaint within 7 days.

 

  1. Complaints may be submitted, among others, at the point of purchase of the Product, in a warranty service point or by writing to the following address: DEDRA EXIM sp.z o.o., ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków.

 

The User may submit a complaint using the form available on the website www.dedra.pl. ("Complaint form for warranty claims").

 

The addresses of warranty service points for individual countries are available at www.dedra.pl. In the absence of warranty service point for a given country, warranty claims should be sent to the following address: DEDRA EXIM sp. z.o.o. ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków (Poland).

 

  1. Bearing in mind the safety of the User, it is prohibited to use the defective Product.

 

Warning!!! Using a defective Product is dangerous to the health and life of the User.

 

  1. The obligations resulting from the warranty will be fulfilled within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the faulty Product by the User.

 

  1. Before delivering the defective Product to the complaint department, it is recommended to clean it. It is highly recommended to protect the faulty product against damage in transit (it is recommended to bring the faulty Product in its original packaging).

 

  1. The warranty period is extended by the time during which the User could not use the Product due to its defect covered by the warranty.

 

  1. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the User under the provisions of the warranty for defects in the sold goods.

  2. use by the User of cleaning or maintenance products not in accordance with the Instructions of Use
  3. inappropriate storage and transport of the Product by the User (storage conditions should minimize the impact of weather conditions on corrosion, do not store the sockets in humid conditions or in an environment that can adversely affect the protective layer, use anti-corrosion products;
  4. unauthorized changes and/or alterations of the Product by the User, which were not agreed with the Guarantor;
  5. use by the User of consumables not in accordance with the Instructions of Use in the Product.

1. We guarantee proper functioning of the product according to the technical and use conditions described in the User’s Manual. We award warranty for the period of 24 months (exceptions: batteries - 6 months; spare parts - 3 months) running from the date of purchase entered in this document. The Warranty is valid in the entire territory of the Republic of Poland and EU. For addresses of servicing centres for the particular countries, visit www.dedra.pl. If no servicing centre is provided for the given country, the obligations of the guarantor are performed by the central servicing centre. The complaint must be lodged in writing within the warranty term.
2. The Guarantor is entitled to choose the method of satisfaction of accepted warranty claims (free repair, replacement of the product for a new one or withdrawal from the contract).
3. The warranty covers only damage occurring within the warranty term that results from reasons attributable to the sold product and irregularities caused by poor workmanship.
4. Defects revealed in the warranty term will be removed by DEDRA-EXIM within a time limit not exceeding 14 business days from the day of delivery to the servicing centre. The repair time can be extended if it is necessary to procure parts needed for replacement about which the user will be notified.
5. The product under complaint must be delivered to the sale centre. The prerequisite for a complaint to be reviewed is:
- presentation of a properly completed Warranty Card,
- presentation of a document confirming the fact of purchase, along with sale date
(e.g. receipt, VAT invoice),
- delivery of a complete assembly, according to the point “complete assembly” in the User’s Manual.
6. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- use not compliant with intended application and instructions included in the User’s Manual,
- device overload causing damage of the motor, elements of the mechanical
transmission or other elements of the device,
- performance of repairs by unauthorised persons,
- modification of the structure,
- mechanical, physical, chemical damaged, caused by external forces and factors, micro-environmental contamination
- damage resulting from: installation of improper parts or instruments, use of improper grease, oil, preservatives
7. The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear and tear during operation, such as:
thermal fuses, electro-graphite brushes, drive cords, V-belts, tool handles, working tips of electric tools (circular saws, drill bits, mills, etc.).
8. The rating plate of the device must be legible. The device under complaint must be properly secured against damage in transport. If possible, deliver
in original packaging.
9. The warranty for sold products does not exclude, limit or suspend any rights of the purchaser arising from the laws on warranty for defects of the sold object.


DEDRA EXTENDS THE TRADE WARRANTY PERIOD UP TO 24 MONTHS.

From the very beginning of the company's activity, our goal has been to ensure the highest quality of after-sales service of purchased machines and devices.
Therefore, to meet the needs and expectations of our clients, we inform that from January 2, 2016, Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. extends the warranty period up to 24 months for sold appliances and machines powered by electricity, compressed air, gasoline, diesel oil and gas.
The extended 24-month warranty covers the above-mentioned machines and equipment sold to end users since January 2, 2016 - the date of the purchase receipt or VAT invoice decides - regardless of the warranty period mentioned in the warranty card attached to the product.
